Use this form if you can’t access the app or prefer to request it in writing.

1. Submit the form below with the email address on your account.
2. We email you a confirmation link to verify the request is really from you.
3. Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

When your request is completed, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• Your account record: name, username, email, phone number and password hash.
• Your profile photo.
• Your favourite clubs and notification preferences.
• Your fantasy squad, transfers, chips, predictions and score history.
• Push notification tokens linked to your account.
• Email verification and password-reset codes.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Server logs containing technical data (e.g. IP address, timestamps) age out on a rolling basis, typically within 90 days.
• Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. for fraud, security or dispute resolution) are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
• Aggregated or anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
• Backups are cycled out on a schedule; deleted data is purged from backups as they expire.
